Apartment prices in Tallinn: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, a total of 2,847 apartment transactions were recorded in Tallinn — 8.3% more than in the same period a year earlier. The median price was 3,250 €/m², representing annual growth of 2.1%. The rise in transaction activity is associated with the gradual decline in Euribor and the end of the autumn price correction. The new development segment performed better than the secondary market: new development median prices rose by 3.8%. North Tallinn and the Ülemiste Quarter area stood out positively by district.
